Paula Gil Navarro
I am passionate about helping people maximize their potential and interpersonal skills. Graduated from International Relations,I then continued studying to postgraduates degrees on Negotiation and Strategic Human Resources. After many years at Google, working mainly with young professionals and dedicating my 20% project time with the Learning and Developing team, I decided to broaden my horizon and left to Barcelona to work at Cien, an AI-first startup.
I have learned a great deal on how the tech world works, from a tech giant to an early stage startup, what makes someone thrive or suffer in that environment and what tools are available to each one of us to make this professional journey more entertaining and less stressful. Now, with Go Forward, I wanted to create a space where I can share those learnings and with these tools, help someone else be happier at work.

I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals through training and coaching. I believe that anyone can be a great leader and team player, if they have the right tools and curiosity for that.
After a successful career as a lawyer, with a master in Law and more than 20 years working as a prosecutor, I have decided to pivot my career into coaching and development.
I discovered the HR world when looking for tools to become a better leader for my team and now I am even more confident that those skills are a must for every profession. I wanted to share that knowledge with anyone that wants to grow their professional career.
For that, I became a certified coach and, with Go Forward, my intention is give the right tools to professionals to become those great leaders and team members that people will remember throughout their career.
